Nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) des Ressources Humaines (DRH) passionné(e) pour diriger et superviser toutes les initiatives liées aux ressources humaines au sein de notre entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition de la stratégie RH et la mise en œuvre des programmes qui soutiennent notre culture d'entreprise, favorisant ainsi le développement organisationnel et la performance des employés. Si vous avez l'expérience nécessaire pour mener une équipe RH, établir des rapports solides et favoriser un environnement de travail positif, nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer.

Responsibilities

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques RH qui soutiennent la stratégie de l’entreprise
  • Conduire le processus de recrutement et de sélection, assurer l'intégration des nouveaux employés
  • Mettre en œuvre des programmes de développement des talents et de gestion des performances
  • Gérer les relations entre la direction et les employés, renforcer l’engagement
  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire et la gestion des risques liés aux ressources humaines
  • Conseiller les managers sur les questions relatives aux ressources humaines et au développement organisationnel
  • Évaluer et améliorer l'efficacité des programmes RH existants
  • Superviser la gestion de la paie, des avantages sociaux et du bien-être des employés

Requirements

  • Diplôme universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines, psychologie, ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience confirmée en tant que DRH ou dans un poste similaire de minimum 8 ans.
  • Connaissance approfondie des législations, régulations et meilleures pratiques en matière de ressources humaines.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à diriger et à motiver une équipe, ainsi qu'à travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction.
  • Esprit d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche orientée vers les résultats.
