Buscamos un Director de Consultoría con sólida experiencia en Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Excellence y Estrategia Comercial para liderar proyectos de alto impacto en Latinoamérica. Esta posición tendrá un rol clave asesorando a ejecutivos C-Level, liderando equipos de consultoría y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de negocio, con foco en maximizar ingresos, rentabilidad y crecimiento sostenible para clientes líderes de diversas industrias. La ubicación puede ser en Chile, Perú o Colombia, con cobertura para la región Latam Pacific, dentro de la industria de Consultoría Estratégica.

Responsabilidades principales

Liderazgo de clientes y proyectos

• Liderar proyectos estratégicos de transformación comercial, crecimiento y mejora de rentabilidad.

• Asesorar a CEOs, Gerentes Generales, Directores Comerciales y otros ejecutivos senior en la definición e implementación de estrategias de crecimiento.

• Diseñar soluciones que permitan incrementar ingresos, optimizar márgenes y fortalecer el posicionamiento competitivo de los clientes.

• Gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, asegurando excelencia en la ejecución y alto impacto en los resultados.

• Liderar iniciativas de estrategia comercial y Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

• Diseñar estrategias de segmentación de clientes y optimización de portafolios.

• Definir propuestas de valor y estrategias Go-to-Market.

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en ingresos, rentabilidad y eficiencia comercial.

• Liderar programas de Commercial Excellence y Business Transformation.

Liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos

• Gestionar y desarrollar equipos de consultoría de alto desempeño.

• Liderar, mentorizar y potenciar el crecimiento profesional de Managers, Senior Managers y Consultores.

• Promover una cultura de excelencia analítica, orientación al cliente y generación de impacto.

Desarrollo de negocios

• Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en la región.

• Liderar procesos de venta consultiva y elaboración de propuestas para clientes.

• Construir relaciones de largo plazo con ejecutivos y tomadores de decisión.

• Contribuir activamente al crecimiento y posicionamiento de la práctica en Latinoamérica.

Requirements

Formación académica

• Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Economía o Administración de Empresas.

• MBA o estudios de postgrado deseables.

Experiencia profesional

• Entre 10 y 15 años de experiencia profesional.

• Experiencia relevante en consultoría estratégica, management consulting o consultoría comercial.

• Experiencia liderando equipos y gestionando proyectos complejos.

• Trayectoria trabajando con clientes corporativos de gran escala.

• Exposición regional en Latinoamérica.

• Inglés avanzado.
