  • Develop operational KPIs to measure productivity, quality, turnaround times, exception rates, and team performance.
  • Establish operational rhythms including leadership reviews, daily huddles, performance reviews, and escalation processes.
  • Ensure operational readiness for growth while maintaining service quality and financial performance.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate recurring operational issues.

  • Establish a culture focused on measuring, improving, and optimizing every critical operational process.

People Leadership

  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing Toll Operations team.
  • Coach and mentor managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across the organization.
  • Develop succession plans and career development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships and break down operational silos.

Analytics & Business Performance

  • Support strategic projects, system implementations, and business transformation efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ten or more years of progressive operations experience, including at least five years leading managers or operational teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, transaction-based, financial, payments, transportation, or similarly regulated operations.
  • Proven ability to create structure, accountability, and operational discipline in a growing or changing environment.
  • Experience leading process improvement, workflow automation, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of operational controls, reconciliations, risk management, service levels, and performance measurement.

  • A continuous-improvement leader who challenges inefficient or overly manual ways of working.
  • Comfortable moving between strategic planning and detailed operational execution.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and decisive in resolving issues.
  • Collaborative, direct, and transparent in communicating with employees, partners, and senior leaders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
