チームのミッション / 業務内容

人事企画部門として、全社（役員含む）の評価・報酬戦略および労務・従業員体験を通じてメルカリの4つのバリューを体現し、社員一人ひとりが挑戦し、最大のパフォーマンスを発揮できる環境をデザインします。

経営層・各事業HRBPと密に連携しながら、データドリブンかつ社員の成長と公平性を重視した評価・報酬制度を設計・運用することで、メルカリグループ全体の持続的な成長を支えることが私たちのミッションです。

さらに、メルカリが掲げるAI-Native Companyへの変革を推進する中で、 テクノロジーを活用した新しい働き方や成果の定義に沿った報酬・評価制度を創り出す重要な役割も担います。

これらの施策を通じて、事業への付加価値と経営成果を最大化する人的資本経営を目指していきます。

具体的な業務内容は下記のとおりです。

※本ポジションでは評価報酬・労務のいずれか、または両方の領域でご経験・専門性をお持ちの方を歓迎します。ご経験や強みに応じて、担当領域を柔軟に設計します。

評価報酬（Evaluation & Compensation）領域

  • 全社の評価・報酬制度設計および運用ディレクション
  • 人事制度の設計
  • AI-Native Company移行に伴う評価体系・スキル定義の再構築
  • グローバル水準の報酬モデル・ポリシーの設計と導入・運用（基本給・短期インセンティブ・中長期インセンティブの最適化）
  • 役員報酬（Executive Compensation）の設計・運用・サポート（指名報酬委員会対応含む）
  • 外部コンサルタントとの協業

労務・従業員体験（Employee Relations）領域

  • 就業規則の設計・改定、AI Native化による働き方変化への対応
  • 労務問題への対応、ハラスメント調査の実施
  • 従業員体験（EX）向上に向けた施策推進・運用
  • 法的リスクを管理しながら、組織の成長を加速させる攻めの施策立案

共通

  • 経営層・HRBP・事業リーダーなど多様なステークホルダーとの連携・合意形成
  • チームメンバーの育成・目標設定などのマネジメント

必須条件

  • メルカリのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • 事業会社における評価・報酬制度または労務・ER施策の設計および運用実務経験設計および運用実務経験（5年以上）
  • 施策の設計・運用に関するプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • チームリードまたはピープルマネジメントの経験
  • 経営層や多様なステークホルダーとの折衝・合意形成を行うための高いコミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件

  • グローバル企業での評価報酬制度経験
  • 指名報酬委員会対応経験
  • 役員報酬制度（Executive Compensation）設計・運用経験
  • 就業規則設計、ハラスメント調査・労務問題対応の経験、HRBPとして弁護士と直接やり取りした経験

語学力

  • 日本語：independent(CEFR – B2) 必須
  • 英語：independent(CEFR – B2) 必須
