  • Attend and drive decision-making in prototype, SMS, and BOM meetings to keep development on track and achieve departmental goals.
  • Initiate clear directives with material and design teams to improve product quality and department profitability.
  • Own the accessories development budget, ensuring initiatives stay within financial targets.

  • Identify and build relationships with material, hardware, and component vendors to support sample development, quality, and innovation goals.
  • Identify sourcing gaps and recommend new material and component suppliers to meet business objectives across handbags, SLG, and leather goods.
  • Initiate seasonal hindsights with key departments and vendors to capture learnings and refine the development process.
  • Seek opportunities to reduce development costs, shorten sample lead times, and increase process efficiency.
  • Align with RTW product development leads on best practices and shared business objectives.
  • Set and uphold aesthetic, construction, and quality standards across all accessories product development.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
