Manager.

un ruolo di gestione, coordinamento e supervisione, senza però perdere il contatto con l'energia e la

Il Ruolo:

La risorsa diventerà il punto di riferimento assoluto per il personale di sala del locale. Operando in

stretta sinergia con gli Store Manager (i quali supervisionano trasversalmente i diversi punti vendita del

Gruppo), il Direttore di Sala avrà la responsabilità di garantire l'eccellenza del servizio, l'armonia della

squadra e la massima soddisfazione dell'ospite, intervenendo operativamente in prima persona nei

momenti chiave o per la gestione di clienti speciali.

Le Mansioni Principali:

• Gestione e Coordinamento del Team: Supervisionare, motivare e guidare la squadra di sala,

diventando il leader operativo e il punto di riferimento quotidiano per i collaboratori.

• Pianificazione Organizzativa: Supportare gli Store Manager nella definizione dei turni, degli

orari e nella selezione/inserimento di nuovo personale nel team.

• Supervisione del Servizio: Garantire il rispetto degli standard di accoglienza e di servizio del

Gruppo. Conoscere approfonditamente il menu e la carta dei vini per guidare la squadra e saper

consigliare al meglio la clientela.

• Operatività Strategica: Presidiare la sala durante i servizi principali; intervenire direttamente

nella gestione di ospiti speciali, richieste particolari o in caso di necessità operative del reparto.

• Qualità e Standard: Monitorare costantemente l’ordine, la pulizia della sala e il perfetto set-up

di ogni servizio, fungendo da filtro diretto tra il punto vendita e la direzione.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza: Background operativo maturato in ruoli di Capo Sala, Maitre o Chef de Rang

all'interno di ristoranti, contesti ristorativi o alberghieri.

• Mindset Gestionale: Forte attitudine alla leadership, capacità di problem solving e

predisposizione naturale alla gestione delle risorse umane.

• Competenze Tecniche: Ottima conoscenza delle dinamiche di servizio, dei prodotti

gastronomici e del mondo del vino.

• Flessibilità oraria

• Lingue: È richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per la corretta gestione della

clientela internazionale.

• Attitudine: Entusiasmo, flessibilità e il desiderio di sposare un progetto aziendale a lungo

termine e in forte sviluppo.
