Per conto di un primario istituto bancario appartenente a un solido Gruppo nazionale, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Direttore/Direttrice di Filiale da inserire all'interno della rete commerciale.

Entrare a far parte di questa realtà significa contribuire allo sviluppo di una banca fortemente radicata nel territorio, che coniuga solidità, vicinanza ai clienti e attenzione alla qualità della relazione.

La realtà e la Mission del ruolo

L'azienda è un istituto di credito appartenente a un importante Gruppo bancario italiano, caratterizzato da una presenza consolidata sul territorio e da un modello di servizio basato sulla consulenza, sulla prossimità al cliente e sullo sviluppo delle economie locali. La figura inserita avrà la specifica mission di rilanciare commercialmente la filiale.

Principali responsabilità

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità della gestione complessiva della filiale, occupandosi in particolare di:

  • Coordinamento e gestione del team: guidare, motivare e sviluppare un team composto da 3 risorse (nel dettaglio: 1 Vice e 2 Addetti/e allo sportello).
  • Sviluppo Commerciale bilanciato: incrementare e gestire il business della filiale, orientando l'attività al 50% sullo Sviluppo Imprese e al 50% sullo Sviluppo Privati.
  • Gestione Operativa: presidiare con precisione sia l'aspetto dello sviluppo commerciale sia la corretta esecuzione delle pratiche amministrative e delle operazioni di filiale (buonafaticone/ordinaria amministrazione).
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle normative interne ed esterne, dei processi operativi e delle politiche di compliance e risk management.

Requirements

Cerchiamo professionisti/e che abbiano maturato esperienza nel settore bancario e che possiedano:

  • Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Direttore/Direttrice di Filiale oppure come Vicedirettore/Vicedirettrice che lavori o abbia lavorato preferibilmente nell’area della provincia nord-est di Torino , con forte motivazione ad assumere la piena responsabilità del ruolo.
  • Spiccate capacità e attitudine nello sviluppo commerciale (segmento sia Retail/Privati che Small Business/Imprese).
  • Competenza e precisione nella gestione delle pratiche amministrative, di fido e della quotidiana operatività bancaria.
  • Comprovata esperienza nella gestione, coordinamento e motivazione delle risorse umane.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative, decisionali e forte orientamento al risultato.

Benefits

  • Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato.
  • Inquadramento previsto: Qd1 - Qd2.
  • RAL (Retribuzione Annua Lorda): indicativa da 55.000€ a 60.000€, commisurata all'effettiva esperienza maturata dal/dalla candidato/a.
  • Pacchetto premiante aggiuntivo: Valore di Produttività Aziendale (VPA) di circa 6.000€ annui + Sistema incentivante legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di circa 2.000€ annui.
