Chi siamo e opportunità

Ali Professional seleziona per conto di una primaria ed evoluta realtà industriale italiana, leader nelle soluzioni di copertura per il settore dei trasporti (Cava-Cantiere, Ecologia e Agricoltura), un/a Direttore Vendite Estero.

Il ruolo nasce con la mission di guidare l'espansione e lo sviluppo commerciale sui mercati internazionali, coniugando la gestione strategica della rete alla presenza diretta e costante sul campo. La strategia di crescita estera si baserà sullo sviluppo parallelo della rete commerciale e della rete capillare di Service Point partner, elemento chiave per garantire assistenza e vicinanza al cliente.

Principali responsabilità e attività

A diretto riporto della Direzione Generale, la figura avrà la piena responsabilità dei mercati esteri e coordinerà lo sviluppo delle filiali (in particolare Francia e Germania), della rete di distributori e della rete di assistenza sul territorio.

Nello specifico si occuperà di:

  • Sviluppo Mercati & Business Coaching (circa 4 giorni/settimana in trasferta): Presenza costante sui mercati assegnati, gestione diretta delle trattative principali con clienti top e prospect, affiancamento della forza vendita sul campo.
  • Sviluppo Rete Service Point: Definizione e implementazione (in sinergia con il Service) della rete dei Service Point autorizzati sui territori esteri per assicurare la qualità dell'after-sales.
  • Coordinamento Rete Commerciale & Filiali: Gestione, sviluppo e allineamento strategico dei team commerciali delle filiali estere (Francia e Germania), dei distributori e degli agenti.
  • Strategic Link con Headquarter: Raccordo costante con la sede italiana (Service, Sviluppo Prodotto, Produzione e Marketing) per il lancio di nuove soluzioni, la condivisione delle informazioni di mercato e la definizione dei listini.
  • Governance & KPI: Definizione dei piani commerciali e delle pipeline di vendita, monitoraggio costante del budget, dei KPI di prestazione e della profittabilità per area geografica.

Requirements

Esperienza: Consolidata esperienza (almeno 7-10 anni) in ruoli di Direzione Vendite Estero, Head of Sales o Export Area Manager Senior maturata in settori B2B complessi (Veicoli Industriali, Macchine Agricole, Movimento Terra, Cava-Cantiere o Componentistica Automotive/Industriale);

Sviluppo Rete: Comprovata esperienza nella gestione e nello sviluppo di reti distributive, partner e preferred Service Point;

Competenze Linguistiche: Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese; costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza professionale del francese e/o del tedesco;

Mobilità: Disponibilità a una frequente ed elevata mobilità internazionale (almeno 4 giorni a settimana sul territorio/trasferte estero);

Leadership & Soft Skills: Forte orientamento al risultato (causatività), eccellenti doti negoziali e relazionali, visione strategica unita a un approccio pragmatico e hands-on.
