Requirements

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y optimizar espacios de atención (agencias, puntos de servicio) considerando flujo de personas, zonificación, materialidad, iluminación, señalética y ergonomía de la atención.
  • Definir la distribución y jerarquía de los espacios en función de la experiencia del cliente y la operación de la agencia.
  • Articular el diseño físico con los servicios digitales del banco, asegurando una experiencia de cliente fluida entre canales.
  • Observar y evaluar el funcionamiento real de los espacios diseñados, proponiendo ajustes basados en evidencia.
  • Coordinar con equipos de servicios digitales, operaciones de agencia y áreas comerciales para el desarrollo de proyectos.

Requisitos:

  • Formación en Diseño Industrial, Arquitectura o Diseño de Espacios Comerciales.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3-4 años diseñando espacios de atención al público (retail, agencias bancarias, showrooms o similares).
  • Portafolio de proyectos que demuestre experiencia en diseño de espacios comerciales o de servicio.
  • Conocimiento o interés en experiencia de cliente y servicios digitales.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipos multidisciplinarios.

Se valorará:

  • Experiencia previa en banca, retail o telecomunicaciones.
  • Proyectos que integren componentes digitales y físicos de atención al cliente.
