The posting

Aureol Global Connections is looking for two detail-oriented Document Controllers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure that all documents are accurately tracked, filed, and disseminated to the appropriate stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication. As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of project documentation and supporting the overall effectiveness of our operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, distribution, and filing of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
  • Establish and maintain a systematic document control process to ensure easy retrieval and storage of information.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure that document submissions are timely and compliant with project requirements.
  • Track and update all document revisions and maintain accurate records of document statuses.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Training and support team members on document control processes and systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of document control processes and software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ensuring document security.
