Cerchiamo una persona elegante, solare e naturalmente predisposta all'accoglienza, capace di muoversi con disinvoltura in un ambiente internazionale e di trasformare ogni arrivo in un'esperienza positiva.

Attività e responsabilità

  • Accogliere gli ospiti all'ingresso con professionalità, cordialità e naturale eleganza
  • Essere il primo punto di contatto tra l'ospite e Portrait Milano, rappresentandone quotidianamente valori e standard
  • Supportare gli ospiti nella gestione dei bagagli e delle esigenze legate all'arrivo e alla partenza
  • Coordinarsi con il team Front Office, Concierge e gli altri reparti per garantire un'accoglienza fluida e impeccabile
  • Gestire il flusso degli ingressi e delle uscite, mantenendo sempre attenzione e presenza
  • Supportare nella gestione delle vetture degli ospiti e dei servizi di transfer
  • Fornire informazioni e indicazioni agli ospiti con disponibilità e discrezione
  • Anticipare le esigenze dell'ospite e intervenire in modo proattivo per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole
  • Mantenere un'immagine sempre curata e coerente con il posizionamento luxury di Portrait Milano

Requisiti richiesti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di accoglienza, hospitality, hotellerie o servizi al cliente
  • Ottimo standing e presenza professionale
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali e naturale predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
  • Attitudine all'accoglienza, disponibilità e attenzione ai dettagli
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Energia, dinamismo e capacità di lavorare in team
  • Flessibilità e capacità di gestire un ambiente internazionale e dinamico
  • Patente di guida costituirà un plus
  • La conoscenza di una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus
