Sinarmas Mining membuka kesempatan untuk bergabung dengan tim akademik kami sebagai Dosen Prodi Bisnis/Ekonomi & Finance di Cikarang, Pusat Jawa Barat. Posisi ini merupakan peran strategis dalam mengembangkan generasi profesional di bidang bisnis, ekonomi, dan keuangan yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan industri. Sebagai dosen, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam merancang, mengembangkan, dan menyampaikan kurikulum berkualitas tinggi yang menggabungkan teori akademik dengan praktik industri terkini. Jabatan ini ditawarkan dalam bentuk pekerjaan tetap penuh waktu dan memberikan kesempatan untuk membentuk pemikiran strategis para mahasiswa dalam memahami dinamika bisnis dan pasar keuangan global.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Merancang dan mengembangkan materi pembelajaran, silabus, dan kurikulum untuk mata kuliah Bisnis, Ekonomi, dan Finance yang relevan dengan perkembangan industri terkini.
  • Menyampaikan pembelajaran secara efektif melalui metode pengajaran yang inovatif, interaktif, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif mahasiswa di kelas.
  • Melakukan evaluasi dan penilaian terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa melalui ujian, tugas, proyek, dan mekanisme penilaian lainnya.
  • Membimbing mahasiswa dalam penelitian, penulisan tugas akhir, dan pengembangan proyek akademik yang relevan dengan bidang bisnis dan keuangan.
  • Melakukan riset dan pengembangan ilmu dalam bidang bisnis, ekonomi, dan keuangan untuk tetap update dengan tren dan perkembangan terbaru.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan rekan dosen dan departemen lain untuk mengintegrasikan pembelajaran lintas disiplin dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.
  • Mengikuti pengembangan profesional melalui pelatihan, seminar, dan konferensi akademik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualifikasi.
  • Membangun hubungan dengan industri dan institusi lain untuk menciptakan peluang magang, kolaborasi penelitian, dan pembelajaran praktis bagi mahasiswa.
  • Menjalankan tugas administratif akademik, termasuk pencatatan nilai, laporan pembelajaran, dan dokumentasi sesuai dengan standar institusi.

Requirements

Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

  • Pendidikan Formal: Gelar Doktor (S3) minimal dalam bidang Bisnis, Ekonomi, Keuangan, Manajemen, atau disiplin ilmu terkait dari institusi yang terakreditasi.
  • Minimal Jabatan Fungsional adalah Lektor
  • Penguasaan Materi: Pemahaman mendalam tentang teori dan praktik dalam bisnis, ekonomi, dan keuangan dengan kemampuan mengintegrasikan studi kasus industri nyata.
  • Kemampuan Komunikasi: Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan diutamakan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris.
  • Keterampilan Penelitian: Kemampuan dalam melakukan penelitian akademik dan publikasi ilmiah di jurnal atau konferensi nasional maupun internasional.
  • Teknologi Pembelajaran: Keterampilan dalam menggunakan platform pembelajaran digital, tools analitik data, dan software yang relevan dengan industri keuangan.
  • Kepemimpinan Akademik: Kemampuan mengelola kelas, motivasi mahasiswa, dan kemampuan mentoring yang baik.
  • Pengalaman Industri (Diutamakan): Pengalaman bekerja atau konsultasi di industri bisnis, perbankan, atau keuangan akan menjadi nilai tambah signifikan.
  • Sertifikasi Profesional (Diutamakan): Sertifikasi seperti CFA, CFP, atau sertifikasi keuangan profesional lainnya akan memperkuat profil kandidat.
