Description du poste

Services SFT recherche activement un(e) Éducateur(trice) spécialisé(e) (TES) qualifié(e) et dynamique pour combler un mandat temporaire à temps complet à Baie-Comeau (Région Côte-Nord).

Rattaché(e) au Centre de réadaptation, vous interviendrez auprès des usagers pour soutenir le développement de leur autonomie et appliquer les plans de réadaptation. Ce mandat offre un cadre de pratique stimulant et de très bonnes conditions financières propres aux régions éloignées.

Détails du mandat :

  • Période : Du 19 octobre 2026 au 17 février 2027
  • Horaire : Quarts de JOUR et de SOIR (Aucun quart de nuit, pas de 12 heures)
  • Fins de semaine : Disponibilité requise (Oui)
  • Garde : Aucune garde demandée (Non)
  • Orientation : Prévoir un bloc complet de 10 jours d'orientation en début de mandat

Responsabilités:

Au sein de l'équipe du centre de réadaptation, vos principales fonctions seront :

  • Accompagner, encadrer et soutenir les usagers dans la réadaptation et le maintien de leurs habiletés fonctionnelles et sociales.
  • Participer activement à l'élaboration, à l'application et au suivi des plans d'intervention individualisés.
  • Concevoir et animer des activités adaptées favorisant l'intégration et l'autonomie des usagers.
  • Intervenir de manière préventive ou lors de situations de crise (gestion des comportements).
  • Assurer la distribution et l'administration sécuritaire des médications selon les protocoles établis.

Exigences:

Pour soumettre votre dossier, vous devez répondre aux critères et formations obligatoires suivants :

  • Scolarité : Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en techniques d'éducation spécialisée (ou une équivalence universitaire/AEC reconnue).
  • Expertise : Détenir une expérience récente et pertinente dans le secteur de la réadaptation au Québec.
  • Formations spécifiques requises (à jour) :
  • Formation Oméga (gestion de l'agressivité).
  • Formation RCR.
  • Certification Loi 90 (administration des médicaments).
  • Note : Le permis de conduire, un véhicule personnel et le bilinguisme ne sont pas requis pour ce mandat.
