ONTWIKKEL EN REALISEER EEN SAFETY OPLOSSING DIE 100% VEILIG & GEBRUIKSVRIENDELIJK IS, EN ALS TOTAAL OPLOSSING GOEDKOPER.

Lan Handling Technologies bouwt klant specifieke machinelijnen op uit diverse standaard modules.

Jullie ontwikkelen een module waarbij het gebruik van de machine, veiligheid en kosten gecombineerd dienen te worden tot een totaal concept.

Als basis schermen wij huidig onze machines af met hekwerk en lichtschermen. Om toegang te verkrijgen via deuren gebruiken wij een sleutel systeem.

Hier onder een voorbeeld functionele lay-out en schematische uitleg van het deur systee

Jullie uitdaging! Met de door jullie bedachte ontwikkelde Safety oplossing voldoen we volledig aan de machine richtlijn en is toegankelijkheid en kostenreductie gegarandeerd.

Gevolg hiervan is een increased uptime, en een unieke USP in de markt waarin we opereren.

Acties die huidig tijd kosten tijdens productie:

- Wandeling naar HMI, om machine te stoppen en sleutel te verkrijgen.

- Sleutel ruilen voor 2 sleutels in exchange unit

- Naar deur lopen, deur ontgrendelen.

- Machine “herstellen”/ SOP uitvoeren

- En alles weer terug brengen, om machine weer te starten.

Belangrijk om mee te nemen tijdens bedenken oplossing:

- Footprint mag niet toenemen, bij voorkeur zelfs minder.

- Totale kosten; engineeringskosten per project, materiaalkosten, installatie kosten

De projectopbouw

Het doen van een vooronderzoek (machine richtlijn), opstellen van een pakket van eisen, concept definitie en concept keuze, ontwerp en eventueel voor deel oplossingen testopstelling bouwen

Jouw afstudeerprojectgroep bestaat uit 1 duo’s van de disciplines Werktuigbouwkunde en Industriële Automatisering.

Om te zorgen dat jullie na 5 maanden (naast de Avans afstudeerdocumenten) een werkbaar/getoetst concept gerealiseerd hebben, pakken we de afstudeeropdracht aan als een standaard Lan-project. Wat betekent dit? Je krijgt ondersteuning van een projectteam bestaande uit een projectmanager, mechanische supervisor, software supervisor, een elektro hardware engineer en indien nodig een inkoper en projectmonteur

Software die we gebruiken:

· Rockwell Studio5000, voor de PLC;

· Rockwell Factorytalk, voor HMI interface;

· SolidWorks (/PDM), voor 3D CAD-modellen en 2D-tekeningen;

· E Plan
