Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer assistance for the automotive giants Peugeot, Fiat, and Opel via phone, email, and chat.
  • Expertly resolve inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, technical assistance, and after-sales services within the automotive sector.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications and brand standards to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Process service requests and documentation with precision, ensuring compliance with automotive industry standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Peugeot, Fiat, and Opel, upholding the professional reputation of these premium manufacturers.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and CRM systems to track customer interactions and streamline the support workflow.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece is required.
  • A professional interest in the automotive industry and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical information simply.
  • Intermediate English proficiency to engage in international team training and reporting.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece for this exciting career opportunity.
