We are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team as Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson in Greece. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert support to customers regarding Dyson’s premium range of consumer electronics, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and hair care technology.
  • Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction with Dyson’s innovative products.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends within the consumer electronics sector to provide relevant product guidance.
  • Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels, including voice, email, and chat, with a focus on professional, high-end communication.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by serving as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for Dyson.

  • Achieve individual and team-based KPIs in line with premium service standards.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
  • Excellent command of the English language for international team collaboration.
  • Valid EU passport or valid Greek work permit required for all applicants.
  • Strong passion for technology and consumer electronics, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work remotely from within Greece while maintaining a high standard of professional productivity.
