💻 About the Role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll support customers using well-known technology products and services.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional support via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions
  • Using CRM, ticketing systems and knowledge bases
  • Following established processes and meeting performance targets
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices with your team
  • Taking part in ongoing training
