Job Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous professional for a Dutch Speaking Fraud Investigator position in Bulgaria within a prestigious global banking institution. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial transactions to identify and mitigate potential fraudulent activities within the banking sector.

  • Maintain clear and precise documentation of all fraud investigation findings in accordance with strict banking protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Dutch to resolve complex security concerns and account discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with international anti-money laundering (AML) teams to stay ahead of evolving financial security threats.
  • Utilize advanced proprietary software and analytical tools to ensure compliance with international banking regulations.
  • Provide expert support for Dutch-speaking clients by resolving security inquiries with high levels of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in banking, fraud detection, or financial services is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills tailored to high-pressure banking environments.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and follow complex compliance procedures.
