If you are looking for an internship where you want your work to be trusted, used and deliver meaningful business outcomes, then this role is for you.

About the Role

As an E-Commerce & Merchandising Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer discovery, improving site search relevance, and boosting digital conversion metrics. Your primary focus will be optimizing our internal search engine capabilities, alongside contributing to search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and end-to-end digital campaign execution. This role offers direct exposure to cross-functional e-commerce operations, working closely with E-Category Specialists and cross-functional digital teams.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 6 months full time only
  • Start Date: Dec 2026 / Jan 2027 - Jun 2027
  • Work arrangement: Hybrid / onsite (Singapore office)
  • Business immersion: One week store induction
  • Conversion Opportunity: Potential conversion to full-time employment subjected to performance and business needs

What you will do 🌍🚀🏅

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1: Internal Search Optimization

  • Improve Core Metrics: Drive internal Search Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Add-to-Cart (ATC) rate by continuously refining search result relevancy.
  • Query Anticipation: Identify, analyze, and proactively optimize for upcoming trendy and seasonal search terms before peak search volumes occur.
  • Query Reactivation: Audit and optimize existing high-search-volume queries that exhibit low CTR or low ATC performance through synonym mapping, search redirects, and product boosting/merchandising.
  • Search Performance Tracking: Monitor internal search engine analytics, audit zero-result searches, and propose data-driven adjustments to search rules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2: Digital Campaign Planning & Execution

  • End-to-End Campaign Support: Assist in campaign planning, asset preparation, and timely on-site execution for key commercial activations.
  • Website Content Updates: Maintain and update landing pages (PLPs/PDPs), promotional banners, and visual merchandising assets aligned with active campaigns.
  • Campaign Analysis: Evaluate post-campaign performance, tracking conversion, traffic, and sales metrics to derive actionable insights for future activations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 3: SEO Initiatives & On-Site Content

  • SEO Content & Keyword Optimization: Assist in keyword research, content localization, and metadata enhancements across key category pages (scope to be continuously defined based on business priorities).
  • Product Discovery Enhancement: Support digital taxonomy and navigation structure enhancements to simplify the customer journey.
  • Store Page & Experience Revamp: Assist in revamping and updating store location pages to improve omni-channel visibility, localized SEO, and user navigation experience
  • Content & Sports Advice Creation: Support the development, optimization, and publishing of educational content and sports advice articles to drive organic search traffic and customer engagement

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 4: Ad-Hoc & Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Flexible Scope: Adapt and contribute to additional digital commerce, merchandising, or analytics projects based on real-time business needs and individual candidate capacity.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with E-Category Specialists, digital marketing, supply chain, and trade teams to ensure cohesive digital merchandising execution.

  • Evidence that you can learn and deliver through schoolwork, previous internships, competitions or personal projects
  • Curious about how business operates, why the work matters and how your analysis changes a decision

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
