  • Working Hours: UK Business Hours

ABOUT THE COMPANY

The client is a trusted UK-based supplier of printer consumables, office supplies, and print solutions, serving businesses and individuals for over 20 years. From genuine and compatible ink and toner cartridges to printer repairs, managed print services, and office essentials, we are committed to making printing simple, reliable, and cost-effective.

With a reputation for outstanding customer service, technical expertise, and sustainable printing solutions, we have built long-lasting relationships with our customers by delivering high-quality products, honest advice, and dependable support. As our business continues to grow, we remain focused on innovation, environmental responsibility, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Offshore Ecommerce Catalog & Integration Specialist to manage the ecommerce platform (PrestaShop), maintain integrations between the printer and supplies databases, and take ownership of ongoing digital improvements.

The role will initially focus on project-based website and database integration work, with the potential to evolve into a broader position incorporating administration, digital marketing, AI-assisted workflows, and business support.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically capable professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working independently.

  • Maintain and update the company website and optimize user experience.
  • Upload, update, and manage thousands of product listings and SKUs.
  • Replace and optimize product images and enhance overall content presentation.
  • Assist with front-end design improvements, pricing updates, and general ecommerce administration.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline website management, content creation, and product updates.
  • Manage and maintain the integration between the printer database and the supplies database.
  • Ensure daily supplier stock updates are accurately imported and synchronized.
  • Monitor product feeds, inventory levels, and database connections to troubleshoot matching or syncing issues.
  • Maintain accurate links between printer models, compatible supplies, and ecommerce product listings.
  • Work with APIs, data feeds, CSV files, and other integration methods as required.
  • Document integration processes and recommend improvements to increase reliability and reduce manual work.

Front-End Web Design

  • Create and implement clean, modern page layouts.
  • Improve user experience (UX) and overall website navigation.
  • Design high-converting landing pages and promotional content.
  • Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Digital Marketing (Future Scope)

  • Manage ongoing website content updates and support SEO improvements.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule and manage social media content.
  • Monitor website performance analytics and suggest proactive optimizations.

General Business Support

  • Assist with online research and administrative tasks.
  • Help document, refine, and improve internal business processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using modern AI tools.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical and business support as needed.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce websites (PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Strong front-end web design skills with basic to intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience managing integrations between ecommerce platforms, inventory systems, product databases, or supplier feeds.
  • Experience working with APIs, automated product feeds, CSV imports, and database synchronization.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot product, inventory, and data integration issues.
  • Experience managing large product catalogs and high-volume SKU data.
  • Excellent written English and high attention to detail for quality control.
  • Ability to follow complex, multi-step processes with high accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software, systems, and AI tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Desirable

  • Prior experience with printer, cartridge, office supplies, or compatibility databases.
  • Experience integrating supplier databases that require daily automated stock updates.
  • Understanding of product-matching logic, relational databases, or inventory management systems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
