Nous recherchons un(e) éducateur(trice) spécialisé(e) pour intervenir dans des régions éloignées. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d'accompagner des individus aux prises avec des défis uniques et de veiller à leur développement holistique.

Votre mission consistera à favoriser l'inclusion, à améliorer les compétences sociales et à soutenir l'autonomie des personnes que vous accompagnez. Vous travaillerez avec divers partenaires communautaires et professionnels pour créer des environnements propices à l'apprentissage.

Mission :

  • Intervenir auprès des jeunes en difficulté (placement, protection, troubles de comportement, etc.)
  • Offrir un encadrement sécurisant et structurant
  • Mettre en œuvre des plans d’intervention individualisés
  • Collaborer avec une équipe multidisciplinaire (psychologues, travailleurs sociaux, enseignants)
  • Favoriser le développement personnel, social et scolaire des jeunes
  • Gérer les situations de crise avec calme, respect et fermeté bienveillante

Exigences:

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales ou baccalauréat en éducation spécialisée, service social ou domaine connexe
  • RCR Valide
  • Formation Loi 90 obligatoire
  • Expérience préalable en intervention avec des groupes vulnérables
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à résoudre des problématiques complexes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
