¿Tienes experiencia en ventas B2B dentro del sector de acero, lámina, construcción o giro ferretero y te interesa desarrollar mercado directamente en campo?

Buscamos Ejecutivo(a) de Ventas en Campo para atender y desarrollar clientes B2B, principalmente distribuidores, subdistribuidores, contratistas y empresas relacionadas con el sector de construcción, con cobertura en la Zona Occidente de México.

La posición requiere un perfil comercial, autónomo y orientado al cumplimiento de objetivos, con disponibilidad para realizar aproximadamente 95% de sus actividades en campo.

PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

  • Realizar venta directa en campo a distribuidores y subdistribuidores.
  • Prospectar y desarrollar nuevos clientes B2B.
  • Mantener y fortalecer la relación comercial con clientes actuales.
  • Detectar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar mercado en la región.
  • Presentar y posicionar nuevos productos.
  • Desarrollar proyectos comerciales con contratistas, estructuristas y constructoras.
  • Dar seguimiento a cotizaciones, pedidos y oportunidades de venta.
  • Cumplir objetivos comerciales y dar seguimiento a indicadores de ventas.
  • Elaborar reportes de resultados y participar en juntas virtuales.

REQUISITOS

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas de acero, lámina, lámina plástica o asbesto.
  • Experiencia comprobable en ventas B2B.
  • Experiencia comercial en el giro ferretero, construcción o materiales para construcción.
  • Experiencia atendiendo y desarrollando distribuidores y subdistribuidores.
  • Experiencia en prospección y apertura de nuevos clientes.
  • Vehículo propio indispensable (no motocicleta).
  • Disponibilidad para realizar trabajo de campo y trasladarse dentro de la Zona Occidente.
  • Residencia en la Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara (ZMG).
  • Manejo de CRM y paquetería Office.
  • Bachillerato o Licenciatura (no indispensable).

ZONA DE TRABAJO Y COBERTURA

  • Zona Occidente de México.
  • Cobertura principalmente en Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán y Nayarit.
  • Disponibilidad para trasladarse a ciudades y zonas aledañas dentro de estos estados.
  • Aproximadamente 95% trabajo en campo y 5% juntas, reportes y actividades administrativas de manera virtual.
  • Se requiere disponibilidad para realizar visitas comerciales y recorridos dentro de la región.
