OBJETIVO DEL CARGO: Ejecutar la venta desde una perspectiva 360°, estando a cargo de la apertura y mantenimiento de clientes, desarrollo de los canales asignados desde el posicionamiento, fidelización y rotación de las marcas, implementación de las actividades de marca, gestión del sell in y sell out, y el recaudo de la cartera de sus clientes.

2. FUNCIONES Y/O RESPONSABILIDADES ASOCIADAS AL CARGO

  • Definir y cumplir el rutero de visitas con el fin de detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, desarrollar nuevas zonas y mantener y crecer a los clientes actuales, desarrollando relaciones comerciales a largo plazo y bajo los estándares de calidad de la compañía.
  • Identificar y gestionar la creación de nuevos clientes que permitan la ampliación de la base de cliente y por tanto, la distribución numérica y presencia de la compañía.
  • Identificar y proponer oportunidades de negocio bajo las estrategias de Trade Marketing para el desarrollo y crecimiento de las marcas.
  • Ejecutar y hacer seguimiento a las actividades de marca definidas, incluyendo la participación en eventos de clientes y propios de la compañía, garantizando las variables de foto del éxito (Visibilidad, Precio, Advocacy, Disponibilidad).
  • Ejecutar los planes comerciales definidos, que permitan gestionar el sell in y el sell out, para garantizar el cumplimiento del presupuesto mensual y anual de la compañía y la rotación de inventario.
  • Negociar y dar cumplimiento a los términos de los acuerdos comerciales, alineados con la estrategia del negocio y de las marcas, con el fin de mantener una relación comercial a largo plazo con los clientes, así como la rentabilidad del negocio.
  • Consolidar, analizar y enviar los reportes diarios, semanales o mensuales, que sean requeridos por las gerencias de las áreas y la gerencia de la compañía, que permitan hacer seguimiento a la gestión y los resultados esperados.
  • Diligenciar el formato de provisiones de manera mensual, mes vencido, que contenga los compromisos adquiridos de los clientes, alineados con la política de la compañía.
  • Gestionar la cartera de los clientes, incluyendo el recaudo y la conciliación de pagos, así como la gestión de notas crédito a reflejar en la facturación, alineado con las políticas de gestión de cartera de la compañía.
  • Velar porque los pagos realizados por los clientes se realicen por los canales autorizados por la compañía, dando cumplimiento al alcance de su rol y de la política de cartera.
  • Identificar la oportunidad en clientes para desarrollar y firmar un acuerdo comercial, y velar por el seguimiento y cumplimiento de las contraprestaciones y de todo lo pactado dentro de estos documentos.

Profesional en carreras administrativas.

5. EXPERIENCIA laboral - Tiempo mínimo requerido para el desempeño en el cargo

Experiencia mínima de (2) años preferible en consumo masivo y/o empresa de licores, en

roles comerciales, trade y/o marketing. Deseable conocimiento en el canal que será asignado

(Ontrade, Offtrade, supermercados independientes o multicanal).
