  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn additional trades.
  • Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), safety procedures, and company standards.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Electrical licenses or registrations are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industrial instrumentation and controls (I&C) experience.
  • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, motor controls, and automation.
  • Familiarity with industrial electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
  • Instrument calibration, loop checks, and commissioning experience.
  • Experience in process plants, chemical processing, mining, battery manufacturing, or recycling.
  • Experience supporting mechanical installations, piping, or equipment fabrication.
  • Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA requirements.
  • Trade school, apprenticeship, or relevant technical certification.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Company-sponsored health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Parental Leave
  • Company-sponsored Employee Assistance Program

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
