The posting

We, Teltonika Telematics, have been creating Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for more than 27 years. Our greatest passion is turning complex IoT technologies into simple and accessible solutions. Our success is built on a professional team of more than 500 ambitious employees. That is why we place strong emphasis on employee well-being, and our efforts to help employees become professionals in their field are our highest priority.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We use the latest technologies to set new standards for the telematics industry.

We are establishing a new department dedicated to Power Electronics Integrated Circuit design. This experienced and highly motivated group of engineers will lead the launch of IC design at Teltonika Telematics, defining specifications, developing methodologies, and creating the company’s first integrated circuit designs.

In this role, you will:

A typical workday will consist of the following main activities:

  • Schematic and PCB design for prototypes and evaluation platforms.
  • Development and assessment of new technical solutions.
  • Preparation of technical specifications and requirements.
  • Development of measurement and evaluation methodologies.
  • Electrical measurements, calculations, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Prototype testing and creation of new test and validation scenarios.
  • Close collaboration with IC designers, manufacturing, and other engineering teams.
  • Working with professional measurement equipment.
  • Optionally – gradual involvement in IC design activities and competence building in integrated circuit design.

What we expect of you:

  • Higher or advanced education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics or power electronics engineering.
  • Strong experience working with analog and power electronics circuits.
  • Ability to design and review schematics and PCBs using Altium Designer (or equivalent tools).
  • Experience designing PCBs for analog or power electronics systems.
  • Solid understanding of power converter operation (buck, boost, LDOs, drivers, etc.).
  • Practical experience with debugging functional issues, stability problems, and EMI/EMC-related behavior.
  • Ability to perform circuit simulations (LTspice, PSpice, or similar) and correlate them with measurement results.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience, including SMD soldering, rework, and prototype bring-up.
  • Confidence working with professional measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, electronic loads, power analyzers, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Strong theoretical and practical background in power electronics and power conversion topologies.
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards, measurement techniques, and mitigation methodologies.
  • Experience with PCB signal-integrity, power-integrity, or electromagnetic simulation tools.
  • Experience developing measurement automation software, including instrument control (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads) and data acquisition.
  • Previous exposure to or hands-on experience in integrated circuit design (analog, mixed-signal, or PMIC-related).
  • Understanding of the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to validation and production.
  • Proactive mindset: ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and generate technical ideas.
  • Strong motivation to learn, grow, and build competence in IC design within a developing team.

What we offer:

  • Opportunity to work on strategic, long-term engineering projects, creating the foundation for integrated circuit design.
  • High degree of engineering autonomy and decision-making freedom in a newly forming team.
  • Direct involvement in defining specifications, methodologies, and technical direction for future IC products.
  • Continuous professional development in a team of experienced engineers, with clear opportunities to specialize and grow toward IC design.
  • Collaboration across hardware, manufacturing, and system-level teams in a mature engineering organization.
  • Work based on Agile principles, adapted to hardware and IC development workflows.
  • Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules, hybrid work opportunities and health insurance.
  • Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.
  • Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
  • Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
  • We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.
  • Office snacks.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
