The posting

Als Elektronikingenieur*in im Bereich Custom Solutions verantwortest du die Entwicklung und Realisierung analoger und digitaler Schaltungen für kundenspezifisch entwickelte optoelektronische Geräte und Baugruppen. Du begleitest die Entwicklung von der Konzeption über Versuchsmuster zur Serie und arbeitest eng mit Spezialisten aus Software-, Optik- und Mechanik-Entwicklung vor Ort und an anderen Thorlabs-Niederlassungen weltweit zusammen.

  • Konzeption und Bewertung elektronischer Schaltungen unter Berücksichtigung technischer Realisierbarkeit, Bauteileauswahl und Kostenoptimierung
  • Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Schaltpläne und Platinenlayouts für analoge und digitale Schaltungsteile, unter Berücksichtigung von Signalintegrität, Layout-Regeln und Fertigungsanforderungen
  • Inbetriebnahme, systematische Tests und umfassende Dokumentation der entwickelten Hardware
  • EMV-gerechtes Schaltungs- und Layout-Design sowie Durchführung bzw. Begleitung von Compliance- und EMV-Tests
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Software- und Mechanik-Entwicklung zur Sicherstellung der Systemintegration
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Qualifizierung neuer Bauteile sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Designs

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Technischen Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Fundiertes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung in analoger und digitaler Schaltungstechnik
  • Erfahrung im Design optoelektronischer bzw. messtechnischer Geräte von Vorteil
  • Sichere Beherrschung von EDA-Software (z. B. Altium Designer) für Schaltplanerstellung und Platinenlayout
  • Kenntnisse im EMV-gerechten Design und Erfahrung mit Compliance-Tests
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, dem Test und der Dokumentation elektronischer Baugruppen
  • Agile und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, Dynamik und Humor
