Ali Professional ricerca per conto di uno storico e importante Gruppo Industriale italiano, leader internazionale nella progettazione e produzione di dispositivi e distributori automatici ad alta tecnologia, una figura di Software Engineer (Linux Embedded & Microcontrollori).

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team R&D e si occuperà dello sviluppo dei prodotti di nuova generazione, operando principalmente su sistemi embedded e fungendo da punto di raccordo tecnico tra il sistema HMI e il firmware dei microcontrollori.

Il Ruolo e le Responsabilità:

Lavorando a stretto contatto con un team interfunzionale (elettronica, meccanica, qualità e produzione), il candidato seguirà l’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto: dall'architettura allo sviluppo, fino all'integrazione, verifica, cybersecurity e supporto alla produzione.

Le Mansioni Principali:

  • Architettura e Integrazione: Contribuire alla definizione dell’architettura software e delle interfacce di comunicazione tra HMI, Linux embedded e microcontrollori.
  • Sviluppo Software e Firmware: Progettare, implementare e mantenere codice in C/C++ e, dove necessario, C#.
  • Linux Embedded: Sviluppare, configurare e diagnosticare applicazioni e servizi su sistemi Linux, gestendo la distribuzione e la piattaforma target.
  • Firmware MCU: Sviluppare e integrare firmware bare metal e/o RTOS per microcontrollori (famiglia STM32), incluse periferiche e protocolli di comunicazione.
  • Qualità e Manutenzione: Analizzare e correggere anomalie, introdurre nuove funzionalità, effettuare refactoring e ottimizzare testabilità, robustezza e manutenibilità del codice.
  • Cybersecurity di Prodotto: Integrare requisiti di sicurezza nel ciclo di sviluppo in conformità con le normative europee (RED Delegated Act e Cyber Resilience Act - CRA).
  • Test e Industrializzazione: Realizzare e mantenere tool software per il collaudo delle schede, test funzionali e supporto alla produzione (automazione procedure e tracciabilità risultati).
  • Documentazione: Redigere documentazione tecnica chiara su architetture, flussi e interfacce.

Requisiti Richiesti:

  • Esperienza: Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software/firmware embedded, maturati preferibilmente in aziende di prodotto, automazione, IoT o smart appliances.
  • Competenze Linguaggi: Solida conoscenza di C e C++ e dimestichezza con GIT (code review, processi di sviluppo strutturati e gestione versioni).
  • Microcontrollori: Esperienza consolidata su microcontrollori (preferibilmente STM32) e capacità di debug a livello firmware e hardware.
  • Linux: Buona conoscenza di Linux (processi, servizi, networking, shell scripting, gestione log e diagnostica).
  • Protocolli: Familiarità con protocolli e interfacce di comunicazione (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Ethernet e protocolli applicativi di rete).
  • Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese tecnica (scritta e parlata).
  • Soft Skills: Autonomia, approccio pragmatico, spiccata attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di proporre soluzioni innovative.

Competenze Preferenziali / Plus:

  • Esperienza con Yocto Project e build system per Linux embedded.
  • Conoscenza di RTOS, bootloader, aggiornamento firmware e meccanismi di secure boot / secure update.
  • Esperienza nella cybersecurity embedded (threat modeling, hardening, crittografia, gestione vulnerabilità) e conformità agli standard RED / CRA.
  • Esperienza con framework di test automatico, CI/CD, Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL).
  • Conoscenza di C# ed ambiente Windows per lo sviluppo di utility e tool interni.
