Du willst keinen klassischen Empfangs-Job in einer Kanzlei mit Anzugpflicht und steifen Fluren? Dann bist du hier genau richtig! Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle unserer Kanzlei und empfängst Mandant:innen, Gäste und Lieferant:innen mit einem freundlichen Lächeln. Gleichzeitig nimmst du Anrufe entgegen, leitest sie weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Termine und Besprechungsräume reibungslos koordiniert werden. Post und Pakete gehen bei dir sicher ein und aus, und du unterstützt das Team bei allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Wer mag, kann auch aktiv bei unseren spannenden Medienprojekten mitwirken und so einen noch direkteren Einblick in die kreative Seite unserer Kanzlei bekommen.

Gesucht wird jemand, der unsere aktuelle Empfangskraft unterstützt: 3 Stunden täglich (15:00 – 18:00 Uhr) + Urlaubsvertretung in Vollzeit.

Requirements

  • Erfahrung als Empfangsmitarbeiter*in
  • Freundliches, souveränes Auftreten – du bist die Person, die alle willkommen heißt
  • Organisationstalent & Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Eigeninitiative & strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Interesse an Medien, Kommunikation oder Kanzleiarbeit
  • Juristische Vorkenntnisse? Nice-to-have, aber kein Muss
