Job responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for our enterprise SAAS HR solutions. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. - Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement. - Mentor and train sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the enterprise SAAS industry, preferably within HR technology. - Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with a track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. - Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
