Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to explain insurance products and services effectively.
  • Identify prospective customers through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by management on a consistent basis.
  • Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies and product information.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary insurance licenses.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
