À propos du mandat

Services SFT recrute un(e) ergothérapeute pour une mission au sein du CRSSS de la Baie-James.

Vous interviendrez auprès d’une clientèle variée (SAD, courte durée, CHSLD et externe), avec pour objectif de maintenir et améliorer l’autonomie des patients dans différents milieux de soins.

Vos principales missions

  • Évaluer les capacités fonctionnelles des usagers et identifier leurs besoins
  • Élaborer et assurer le suivi de plans d’intervention individualisés
  • Intervenir auprès de clientèles diversifiées (SAD, courte durée, CHSLD, externe)
  • Recommander des aides techniques et adapter l’environnement
  • Collaborer avec une équipe interdisciplinaire
  • Assurer la tenue de dossiers et le suivi des interventions selon les normes

Conditions de travail

  • ⏱️ Horaire : rotation 7 jours travaillés / 7 jours de repos
  • 🕒 Journée de travail : 8 heures par jour (incluant 1h de pause repas)
  • 📅 Début du cycle : lundi ou mardi (à définir en début de mandat)
  • 🌞 Quart de travail : jour
  • 🚫 Pas de garde

Rémunération et avantages

  • 💰 Taux horaire : 70 $/heure
  • 🍽️ Per diem : 50 $ / jour travaillé
  • ✈️ Transport et logement pris en charge (selon conditions)
  • 🤝 Accompagnement administratif et logistique

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme en ergothérapie (baccalauréat ou maîtrise)
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ)
  • Expérience auprès de clientèles variées (SAD, CHSLD, courte durée, externe)
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Véhicule personnel requis
  • Capacité d’adaptation et aisance en travail interdisciplinaire

Intégration

  • 📘 Orientation prévue : 3 à 4 jours
