Nous recherchons un(e) Ergothérapeute passionné(e) et motivé(e) pour contribuer à l'accompagnement de nos patients dans leur parcours de rééducation.

Missions :

En tant qu'ergothérapeute au sein de notre équipe, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Évaluer les besoins des patients en matière d’autonomie et de réadaptation.
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de rééducation adaptés aux besoins individuels des patients.
  • Conseiller les patients et leur entourage sur les aménagements nécessaires pour améliorer leur qualité de vie.
  • Collaborer avec une équipe multidisciplinaire (médecins, kinésithérapeutes, psychologues, etc.) pour optimiser les soins et traitements.
  • Suivre les progrès des patients et adapter les programmes en fonction de leur évolution.
  • Assurer un suivi administratif de vos interventions et rédiger les bilans de rééducation.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme en Ergothérapie.
  • Faire partie de l'ordre professionnel des Ergothérapeutes du Québec.
  • Expérience professionnelle probante en tant qu'Ergothérapeute.
  • Capacités d’écoute et de communication.
  • Sens de l'organisation et autonomie.
  • Permis de conduire requis
  • Véhicule requis
