Lieu : Québec Contrat : 1 an avec possibilité de renouvellement

À propos du mandat

Services SFT recrute actuellement un(e) ergothérapeute en santé mentale pour un mandat auprès d’un établissement du réseau de l’éducation.

Cette opportunité s’adresse à un professionnel souhaitant mettre son expertise au service du bien-être et de la réussite des élèves tout en bénéficiant d’un horaire flexible.

Vos principales missions

  • Réaliser des évaluations en ergothérapie auprès de la clientèle ciblée.
  • Élaborer et assurer le suivi de plans d’intervention adaptés aux besoins des élèves.
  • Émettre des recommandations favorisant l’autonomie et la participation scolaire.
  • Collaborer avec les intervenants du milieu scolaire et les équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Participer à la mise en place de stratégies adaptées aux besoins des élèves.
  • Assurer la tenue de dossiers et le suivi des interventions selon les normes professionnelles.

Conditions de travail

  • Horaire : 10 à 15 heures par semaine.
  • Horaire flexible.
  • Contrat d'un an avec possibilité de renouvellement.
  • Entrée en poste rapide.

Rémunération et avantages

  • Taux horaire : 40 $/heure.
  • Horaire flexible permettant une bonne conciliation travail-vie personnelle.
  • Accompagnement administratif par l'équipe Services SFT.
  • Mandat stable au sein du réseau de l'éducation.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme en ergothérapie.
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ).
  • Minimum d'une (1) année d'expérience clinique significative en santé mentale et en évaluation.
  • Connaissance pratique du réseau de l'éducation.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
  • Maintien des connaissances et compétences professionnelles à jour.
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire.
