Requisitos

  • Experiência: Mínimo de 2 anos em suporte técnico para plataformas SaaS de e-commerce ou ERP, ou atuação no ecossistema de e-commerce.
  • Solução de Problemas Técnicos: Experiência em troubleshooting de plataformas de e-commerce baseadas em API e análise de logs JSON usando Kibana ou ferramentas similares.
  • Diferencial (Nice-to-have): Utilização de Postman para depuração de erros e resolução de problemas.
  • Agilidade Técnica: Aprendizado rápido com habilidade natural para dominar novas ferramentas e tecnologias digitais.
  • Precisão: Alto nível de acurácia e forte atenção aos detalhes.
  • Mentalidade de Crescimento (Growth Mindset): Abordagem proativa voltada ao aprendizado contínuo e desenvolvimento profissional.
  • Comunicação: Excelentes habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação (tanto interna quanto voltada ao cliente).
  • Domínio de Trabalho Remoto: Altamente organizado e autodisciplinado em um ambiente totalmente remoto.
  • Idioma: Proficiência em Inglês (mínimo B2) para colaboração eficaz com equipes globais.

Principais Tarefas

  • Suporte Técnico: Atuar como o primeiro ponto de contato (Nível 1) para resolução de problemas dos clientes.
  • Sucesso do Cliente (Customer Success): Garantir altos níveis de satisfação orientando os usuários através dos recursos e serviços do nosso produto.
  • Relatórios: Responsabilidade total pela documentação técnica e processos de reporte.
  • Resolução de Problemas: Diagnosticar e resolver problemas relatados pelos usuários de forma eficiente.
  • Colaboração entre Equipes: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes técnicas para escalar e corrigir bugs complexos.
  • Criação de Conteúdo: Desenvolver e atualizar a Base de Conhecimento global e o blog técnico.
  • Engajamento com o Cliente: Realizar reuniões remotas e representar a empresa em eventos importantes do setor de e-commerce.
