🚀 Sobre el rol

Buscamos un/a Especialista en Automatización con experiencia comprobable trabajando con Make, APIs e integraciones entre plataformas, para ayudarnos a optimizar procesos operativos y reducir tareas manuales.

El foco del rol será diseñar, implementar y mantener automatizaciones estables y escalables que conecten diferentes herramientas y sistemas del negocio, especialmente en procesos relacionados con WhatsApp, ecommerce, operaciones internas y comunicación entre plataformas.

Buscamos una persona hands-on, con criterio técnico y capacidad para entender cómo funciona un proceso de punta a punta, detectar qué puede mejorarse y convertir esa necesidad en una solución automatizada.

🛠️ ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Diseñar e implementar automatizaciones utilizando Make.
  • Crear workflows para automatizar procesos de atención, seguimiento y comunicación a través de WhatsApp.
  • Integrar plataformas de venta, ecommerce y sistemas internos.
  • Configurar notificaciones, alertas y triggers automáticos para diferentes equipos.
  • Conectar herramientas mediante APIs, webhooks y conectores.
  • Analizar procesos existentes e identificar oportunidades de automatización.
  • Mantener, optimizar y escalar automatizaciones existentes.
  • Monitorear workflows, detectar errores y resolver excepciones o problemas de integración.
  • Analizar la performance de las automatizaciones y realizar mejoras cuando sea necesario.
  • Documentar los workflows, integraciones y procesos implementados.
  • Trabajar con diferentes equipos para entender necesidades operativas y convertirlas en soluciones técnicas concretas.
  • Llevar las automatizaciones desde el relevamiento inicial hasta su implementación y puesta en producción.

  • Experiencia comprobable trabajando con Make.
  • Experiencia diseñando e implementando automatizaciones para procesos de negocio.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de APIs REST, webhooks y métodos de autenticación.
  • Experiencia integrando múltiples plataformas y herramientas.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar errores y resolver problemas de integración de manera autónoma.
  • Buen entendimiento de lógica de procesos, datos y flujos de información.
  • Capacidad para analizar un proceso, identificar oportunidades de mejora y diseñar una solución eficiente.
  • Autonomía para llevar una automatización desde el relevamiento hasta producción.
  • Perfil práctico, resolutivo y orientado a resultados.

⭐ Será especialmente valorado

  • Experiencia con WhatsApp Business API.
  • Experiencia integrando plataformas de ecommerce o marketplaces.
  • Conocimientos de JSON y transformación/manipulación de datos.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas como n8n, Zapier o similares.
  • Conocimientos básicos de JavaScript o Python para resolver integraciones más complejas.
  • Experiencia trabajando con automatizaciones en operaciones de alto volumen.
  • Experiencia monitoreando y mejorando workflows en producción.
