Sobre el proyecto

Una empresa internacional de logística y abastecimiento busca un/a especialista en e-commerce para lanzar y gestionar su operación comercial en Argentina, con foco en la venta de productos físicos a través de Mercado Libre.

El objetivo es identificar oportunidades rentables en el mercado argentino y desarrollar una operación local desde cero, aprovechando el abastecimiento de productos desde Estados Unidos y China.

La empresa se encargará de la búsqueda de proveedores, las compras y los envíos internacionales. La persona seleccionada será responsable de desarrollar y gestionar la operación comercial local, coordinando con los socios logísticos correspondientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Investigar productos de alta demanda en Argentina e identificar oportunidades de venta.
  • Analizar precios, competencia y tendencias de consumo para definir el posicionamiento de los productos.
  • Evaluar la rentabilidad de cada oportunidad, considerando costos de abastecimiento, logística, comisiones y otros gastos de la operación.
  • Crear, optimizar y administrar publicaciones en Mercado Libre Argentina y otros marketplaces relevantes.
  • Definir y ajustar precios de venta según los márgenes y las condiciones del mercado.
  • Gestionar pedidos, consultas y seguimiento de las compras para brindar una buena experiencia al cliente.
  • Coordinar con los socios de importación, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos y distribución local.
  • Mantener actualizado el control de inventario y anticipar necesidades de reposición.
  • Realizar un seguimiento de ventas, costos y rentabilidad, proponiendo mejoras para hacer crecer el negocio.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Residir en Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Contar con experiencia comprobable gestionando una tienda de Mercado Libre o una operación de venta de productos físicos en Argentina.
  • Tener conocimientos prácticos de la operación de Mercado Libre: publicaciones, precios, comisiones, pedidos, envíos y reputación.
  • Dominar el español.
  • Tener capacidad para analizar costos, márgenes y oportunidades comerciales.
  • Trabajar con autonomía, organización y responsabilidad.
  • Contar con disponibilidad para una colaboración freelance, part-time y a largo plazo.

Se valorará

  • Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés con el equipo internacional.
  • Experiencia desarrollando una tienda o negocio de e-commerce desde cero.
  • Experiencia con productos importados y coordinación de proveedores logísticos.
  • Manejo de planillas y herramientas de control de inventario y ventas.
  • Mentalidad emprendedora e iniciativa para detectar oportunidades y resolver problemas.
