The posting

Buscamos un Especialista de Recursos Humanos para coordinar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los programas, actividades y proyectos de cultura organizacional, bienestar, sostenibilidad, clima y desarrollo del talento definidos por la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos, garantizando el cumplimiento de cronogramas, la adecuada gestión de proveedores y la implementación oportuna de iniciativas que fortalezcan la experiencia de los colaboradores.

Como Especialista de Recursos Humanos serás responsable de:

  • Coordinar y ejecutar el plan anual de bienestar, asegurando la implementación oportuna de actividades, campañas, eventos corporativos y celebraciones definidas por la compañía.
  • Gestionar proveedores, presupuestos, logística y seguimiento de indicadores de participación e impacto de las iniciativas implementadas.
  • Coordinar y ejecutar los programas, campañas e iniciativas orientadas al fortalecimiento de la cultura organizacional, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de acción definidos por la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos.
  • Implementar mecanismos de escucha organizacional, incluyendo grupos focales y espacios de retroalimentación, consolidando hallazgos y dando seguimiento a los planes de acción establecidos para fortalecer el clima laboral.
  • Coordinar la ejecución de la estrategia de sostenibilidad de la compañía, dando seguimiento a iniciativas, indicadores, proveedores y actividades relacionadas con reciclaje, economía circular y cultura ambiental.
  • Coordinar con agencias y proveedores externos el desarrollo y ejecución de campañas de comunicación interna, garantizando la calidad de los entregables y el cumplimiento de los cronogramas establecidos.
  • Elaborar cronogramas, dar seguimiento a proyectos, administrar la documentación de los procesos bajo su responsabilidad y presentar informes periódicos de gestión e indicadores.

Requirements

  • Profesional en carreras administrativas.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles comerciales, trade y/o marketing, preferiblemente en consumo masivo o empresas de licores.
  • Deseable experiencia en manejo multicanal (Ontrade, Offtrade, independientes).
  • Competencias: negociación y comunicación asertiva, orientación al cliente, iniciativa, trabajo en equipo, organización y planeación, tolerancia a la frustración, capacidad analítica.
  • Manejo de Office (Excel intermedio, Word y PowerPoint).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo de campo y movilidad en la ciudad y zonas cercanas.
