Procuramos um/a estudante de Licenciatura ou Mestrado para integrar um programa de transformação tecnológica a nível europeu com impacto real. Vais fazer parte da equipa internacional de Transformation Program Management Office responsável por programas de transformação tecnológica e organizacional com exposição direta a iniciativas de transformação empresarial, modernização tecnológica, gestão de portefólio, governação de programas, otimização de processos e acompanhamento de fornecedores.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Durante o estágio, terás a oportunidade de integrar um programa internacional de transformação tecnológica, trabalhando diretamente com equipas globais e líderes de programa. Ganharás experiência prática em PMO, governance, portfolio management, reporting executivo e iniciativas de modernização tecnológica.

Program Management Office (PMO)

  • Apoiar a consolidação de reporting semanal e mensal dos diferentes workstreams.
  • Atualizar dashboards, KPIs, milestones e planos de execução.
  • Acompanhar riscos, dependências, decisões e ações dos projetos.
  • Garantir a qualidade e consistência da informação reportada pelas equipas.

Portfolio & Project Analytics

  • Produzir análises e relatórios sobre o progresso dos programas.
  • Apoiar a criação de dashboards executivos.
  • Consolidar indicadores de performance e valor entregue.
  • Identificar desvios, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria.

Technology Transformation Support

  • Apoiar iniciativas de Tech Modernization e transformação digital.
  • Participar na preparação de workshops, reuniões e sessões de trabalho.
  • Acompanhar atividades de discovery, assessment e planeamento.
  • Apoiar a coordenação entre equipas internas e fornecedores.

Governance & Documentation

  • Preparar apresentações e materiais para reuniões de governação.
  • Manter documentação organizada e atualizada.
  • Apoiar a gestão de repositórios de informação e conhecimento.
  • Registar e acompanhar decisões e ações dos projetos.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, Engenharia e Gestão Industrial, Sistemas de Informação, Gestão, Economia, Ciência de Dados, ou áreas similares
  • Proficiência em inglês escrito e falado
  • Bons conhecimentos de Excel e Power Point
  • Conhecimento de Smartsheet ou interesse em aprender
  • Capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe.
  • Interesse por tecnologia, transformação digital e gestão de projetos.
  • Facilidade na interpretação e estruturação de informação.
  • Organização e capacidade de gestão de prioridades.
  • Espírito crítico e orientação para resolução de problemas.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Proatividade e vontade de aprender.
  • Capacidade para trabalhar em ambientes internacionais e multidisciplinares.
