No Estágio de Nutrição, você apoiará a equipe de Segurança de Alimentos nas rotinas de qualidade e segurança de alimentos, acompanhando de perto as diferentes etapas da operação de Alimentos & Bebidas.

O QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ

  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento das boas práticas de manipulação e segurança dos alimentos;
  • Apoiar as verificações nas etapas de recebimento, armazenamento, preparação e distribuição dos alimentos;
  • Auxiliar no preenchimento e organização de planilhas, controles e documentos da área;
  • Acompanhar as condições de higiene dos ambientes, equipamentos e manipuladores;
  • Apoiar a conferência de validade, identificação, armazenamento e conservação dos produtos;
  • Auxiliar nas rotinas de controle de qualidade de hortifrúti e demais insumos;
  • Acompanhar treinamentos e ações de orientação sobre boas práticas e segurança dos alimentos;
  • Apoiar a equipe nas demais atividades da área, desenvolvendo conhecimento prático sobre Segurança de Alimentos em uma operação de hotelaria de luxo.

Requirements

  • Ensino Superior em Nutrição em andamento;
  • Interesse em Segurança de Alimentos e atuação em hotelaria/gastronomia;
  • Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar em escala 5x2 (30 horas semanais)
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e vontade de aprender.
