Il Resort, situato nella splendida cornice della Val d'Orcia e celebre per le sue acque termali curative, si distingue per un concept di benessere olistico e rigenerazione a 360 gradi. L'obiettivo della Spa è offrire percorsi personalizzati di altissimo livello, unendo trattamenti esclusivi, innovazione e una profonda attenzione alla cura dell'ospite.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Eseguire con impeccabile competenza e professionalità tutti i trattamenti estetici (viso, corpo, mani e piedi) e i massaggi presenti nel listino della Spa, nel pieno rispetto dei protocolli aziendali.
  • Offrire una consulenza personalizzata e approfondita agli ospiti, ascoltandone le esigenze per consigliare i percorsi di benessere e i prodotti retail più idonei per l'autocura a casa.
  • Contribuire attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita dei prodotti e dei servizi della Spa (promozione retail con garbo e competenza).
  • Garantire la perfetta preparazione, l'ordine, l'igiene e la sanificazione delle cabine di trattamento e delle aree comuni della Spa prima e dopo ogni appuntamento.
  • Collaborare in sinergia con il Team Spa e la Spa Manager per assicurare un servizio fluido, armonioso e altamente qualitativo.

Requisiti:

  • Formazione: Possesso del Diploma o Qualifica Professionale di Estetista (requisito obbligatorio e abilitante alla professione).
  • Esperienza: Pregressa esperienza maturata preferibilmente in centri estetici di alto livello, spa, resort 5* o centri benessere strutturati di alto livello.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Padronanza nelle tecniche di trattamento corpo e viso e di massaggio e nei trattamenti di estetica avanzata.
  • Soft Skills: Forte passione per il benessere e il mondo olistico, empatia, eccellenti doti comunicative, orientamento al cliente e spiccata attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua tedesca costituirà un titolo preferenziale.
  • Standing curato, massima discrezione, riservatezza e comportamento professionale consono a un ambiente luxury.
