  9. Coordinate pilot groups, release communications, training, and post-implementation support for approved changes.
  10. Support structured data capture for estimating, purchasing, preconstruction, and related operations.
  11. Develop and maintain data definitions, field requirements, naming conventions, validation rules, source documentation, and ownership records.
  12. Perform routine data-quality reviews for completeness, accuracy, consistency, duplication, and reasonableness; document and coordinate correction of identified issues.
  13. Maintain historical estimate, bid-result, labor-productivity, unit-cost, and market-information logs as assigned.
  14. Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and data extracts using approved sources and documented calculation methods.
  15. Partner with estimating leadership and the Learning Management team to identify training needs and develop role-appropriate learning materials.
  16. Create and maintain user guides, standard work instructions, reference sheets, demonstrations, exercises, and other instructional resources.
  17. Coordinate and facilitate individual and team training for approved estimating processes, software, tools, reports, and standards.
  18. Maintain training schedules, attendance records, published materials, revision status, and completion records as assigned.
  19. Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, action items, due dates, and follow-up for assigned process and technology initiatives.
  20. Prepare clear correspondence, reports, presentations, procedures, meeting notes, and internal communications.
  21. Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, Purchasing, Scheduling, Preconstruction, Learning Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, and other stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
