✨ Estudiante Avanzado/a de Prevencionista – Soporte SHE & RRHH

En Rentokil Initial, empresa internacional especializada en servicios de higiene y control de plagas, buscamos incorporar un/a estudiante avanzado/a de Prevencionista para sumarse a nuestro equipo.

La posición tendrá como objetivo brindar soporte transversal a las áreas de SHE (Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente) y Recursos Humanos, colaborando en la gestión documental, seguimiento de indicadores, actividades preventivas y diferentes procesos administrativos.

📌 Responsabilidades

Soporte a SHE

  • Colaborar con la gestión y actualización de documentación de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
  • Dar seguimiento a registros, inspecciones, capacitaciones y acciones preventivas.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración y actualización de reportes e indicadores.
  • Realizar seguimiento de planes de acción y cumplimiento de requisitos.
  • Apoyar en actividades de prevención y promoción de una cultura de seguridad.
  • Colaborar con la organización y archivo de documentación relacionada con Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.

Soporte a Recursos Humanos

  • Brindar soporte administrativo en diferentes procesos del área.
  • Colaborar con la gestión y actualización de legajos y documentación de colaboradores.
  • Colaborar con el seguimiento de indicadores y reportes de Recursos Humanos.
  • Apoyar en actividades y proyectos vinculados a bienestar, clima y cultura organizacional.
  • Participar en proyectos transversales entre SHE y HR.

Requirements

✅ Valoramos especialmente

  • Experiencia previa en tareas administrativas, especialmente en áreas de SHE, Recursos Humanos o similares.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Excel.
  • Interés por desarrollarse profesionalmente en una posición como ésta.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes interlocutores y áreas de la organización.
