Acerca del puesto:

Como evaluador de marcas de lujo, se adentrará en el mundo del lujo para evaluar discretamente las experiencias de los clientes, proporcionando comentarios críticos que ayuden a las marcas a perfeccionar sus servicios. Ya sea visitando boutiques, comprando online o devolviendo un producto, su voz da forma al futuro del lujo.

• Flexibilidad: cada visita a una tienda dura aproximadamente 20 minutos, lo que le da flexibilidad para completar varias misiones.

• Oportunidades frecuentes: realice varias misiones al mes y colabore con algunas de las marcas más prestigiosas del mundo.

Lo que hará:

1. Elegir sus misiones: ajuste sus misiones a sus preferencias personales y a su perfil.

2. Visitar tiendas de lujo o evaluar en línea: interactúe con los asociados de ventas en las tiendas o en línea desde la comodidad de su hogar.

3. Observar cuidadosamente: observe el ambiente, la calidad del servicio y la experiencia general del cliente.
