Como Evaluador, su rol sería visitar las tiendas asignadas y pretender estar buscando un artículo específico. Usted solo dejará que el asesor le ayude y le presente algunos modelos.

Al final, no tendrá que comprar nada y saldrá de la tienda.

Durante las 24 horas posteriores, rellenará un cuestionario online donde nos proporcionará sus impresiones respecto al ambiente de la tienda y el servicio al cliente.
