Role: Executive Assistant & Business Development Representative

Monthly Rate: $750 - $800/month

Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week

Time Zone: EST

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- 2+ years as an executive assistant, office manager, or chief of staff supporting a busy founder or CEO

- Experience in research, sales support, and appointment setting

- Manages the founder’s calendar, inbox, reminders, and daily priorities so he stays on time and on track

- Tracks tasks and follow-ups across multiple businesses so nothing falls through the cracks

- Researches investors, entrepreneurs, partners, exhibitions, and networking events, and builds targeted prospect lists

- Runs personalized outreach by email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, and follows up consistently to book meetings for the founder

- Qualifies leads before booking, then confirms meetings and sends reminders to reduce no-shows

- Reports weekly on outreach sent, replies, and meetings booked

- Books travel, handles visa applications, and prepares the founder for meetings with research and talking points

- Grows into pitching business concepts to investors, with a commission opportunity on sold business plans

Good to have:

- Artistic and creative, with an interest in fashion and art

- Experience supporting entrepreneurs who run multiple businesses

- Growth-oriented and interested in a long-term role that expands over time

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Highly organized

- Excellent time management

- Proactive communication

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Fashion, art, or luxury

- Business development, consulting, or startups

- Google Workspace, Calendly, and a task manager such as Notion or ClickUp

- LinkedIn for research and outreach

- AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for day-to-day tasks
