Executive Assistant at Assistant Launch

Assistant Launch is a US-based company expanding its operations and actively hiring Executive Assistants from the Latin American region. This role requires a professional level of fluency in English, as you’ll be working directly with founders and executives in an international business environment.

Over the past 6 years, we’ve placed thousands of Executive Assistants with founders and executives. Many of our EAs have stayed with the same client for 2, 3, even 4+ years—because when we make a match, it sticks. What You'll Do

  • Own the admin so your client can focus on what matters.
  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling with precision
  • Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, last-minute changes)
  • Handle client and vendor communication as the first point of contact
  • Track expenses, prepare reports, and manage documentation
  • Research topics, summarize findings, and support decision-making
  • Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and follow up on action items
  • Handle personal tasks when needed (appointments, reservations, errands)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and personal matters.

Requirements

  • Proactive Problem-Solving & Ownership: Problems don't land on your leader's desk; they get handled by you before anyone even notices there was one, and you own it start to finish.
  • Organizational Mastery & Execution Excellence: Multiple priorities, tight deadlines, high standards — you deliver quality work without losing the thread, even when things get hectic.
  • Systems & Technology Agility: You're fluent across CRMs, project management tools, and Google Workspace or MS Office, and you've brought AI into your workflow because you're always looking for smarter ways to work.
  • Emotional Intelligence & Professionalism: You navigate pressure without losing composure, read situations well, and people trust you with the things that matter most.
