Our client is a well-established UAE-based company operating in the professional video, photography, broadcast and AV equipment sector. The business serves professional creators, filmmakers, production houses, broadcasters and corporate clients across the UAE and wider region. Its offering spans equipment sales, professional studio solutions, rentals, technical support and repair services. The company operates in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment and continues to expand its digital and creator-focused offerings.

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, articulate and highly tech-savvy Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a growing technology-driven business.

This is not a traditional administrative role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using AI and digital tools, conducting research, coordinating tasks, communicating with people, and helping the Founder execute day-to-day priorities.

Fresh graduates with the right attitude and capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founder with day-to-day tasks, meetings, follow-ups and coordination.
  • Conduct online research and prepare summaries, reports and presentations.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with business projects, special assignments and new initiatives.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, team members and other stakeholders.
  • Track tasks, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure things get completed.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations and business updates.
  • Organize information and help the Founder stay on top of priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or simplify repetitive tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks and figure things out independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2 years of experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Strong interest in AI, technology and digital tools.
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, writing and productivity.
  • Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, discreet and dependable.

The Ideal Candidate

You are smart, curious, energetic and digitally fluent. You don't necessarily need extensive experience. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly, communicate exceptionally well, use AI intelligently and get things done.
