  • Coordinate with Clinical, Residential, Business Development, and other departments on meetings, appointments, requests, and CMO priorities.
  • Work with Billing, Compliance, and Outcomes teams to gather information, coordinate follow-up, and help resolve routine issues related to the CMO’s responsibilities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams needing scheduling, information, or administrative support from the CMO.

Speaking Engagements & External Support

  • Identify and coordinate national speaking opportunities for the CMO.
  • Manage outreach, scheduling, logistics, materials, and follow-up for speaking engagements.
  • Work with Business Development and Marketing on related materials and promotion.
  • Coordinate travel and other logistics as needed.

  • Good judgment and the ability to determine when issues need to be elevated.
  • Comfortable working with multiple departments and levels of leadership.
  • Proficiency with common office and communication tools.
  • Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
