Η εταιρεία μας, για λογαριασμό αξιόλογου πελάτη της που δραστηριοποιείται σε έναν σύγχρονο, corporate χώρο, αναζητά ένα δυναμικό, γρήγορο και ευέλικτο άτομο για τη στελέχωση της θέσης της Γραμματείας και Διοικητικής Υποστήριξης.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες: • Καθημερινή διοικητική και γραμματειακή υποστήριξη των λειτουργιών της εταιρείας. • Διαχείριση, οργάνωση και σύνταξη εταιρικών εγγράφων με χρήση MS Word (τυφλό σύστημα). • Δημιουργία αναφορών (reporting) και επεξεργασία δεδομένων σε MS Excel. • Διαχείριση και παραγγελία αναλωσίμων γραφείου και διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του χώρου. • Υποδοχή πελατών, διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και εταιρικής αλληλογραφίας (e-mails).

Requirements

Αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση γραμματείας ή διοικητικής υποστήριξης σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον. • Άριστη γνώση και ευχέρεια στη χρήση MS Office, με έμφαση στο Excel και το Word (απαραίτητη η γνώση τυφλού συστήματος πληκτρολόγησης). • Ταχύτητα, ευελιξία και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων (multi-tasking). • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες. • Επαγγελματική παρουσία, ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσαρμοστικότητα.
