Müller's Solutions is seeking an Expert in Data Licensing to join our team and provide strategic guidance on data licensing agreements, compliance, and best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the data licensing lifecycle and ensuring that our data assets are leveraged effectively while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and negotiate data licensing agreements, assess risks, and optimize data access strategies. Your expertise in data policies and industry standards will be crucial in driving our data initiatives forward.

This role is essential in industries like technology, finance, healthcare, AI, cybersecurity, and big data analytics where organizations rely on licensed data for operations, research, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, negotiate, and manage data licensing agreements with various stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data licensing regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data licensing, data governance, or legal compliance.
  • Strong understanding of data licensing agreements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and agreements with a focus on data rights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in data usage and licensing.
